In order to process your vacuum or sewing machine under manufacturer's warranty, we are required to have the following information on file:
1. Customer's Name and Telephone Number
2. Proof of Purchase
3. Complete Mailing Address
4. Vacuum, or Sewing Machine Model and Serial NumberIf you purchased your vacuum cleaner or sewing machine from us, all of the above information is already stored in our archive.
